Terms of engagement

Published fee bands are in Canadian dollars, indicative for a typical scope, and exclude GST (5%) and any applicable BC PST (7%). The binding price, schedule and deliverables are those set in the signed statement of work.

We do not provide audit services, legal opinions, tax filings or investment recommendations in our own name. Where a mandate requires them, they are delivered by a licensed CPA, lawyer or authorised representative named in the statement of work.

Client material is treated as confidential and covered by an NDA on request. Deliverables transfer to the client on full payment; our methods, templates and models remain ours.

Forecasts are probabilities with a stated date, basis and falsifying signals. We do not guarantee funding decisions, approvals, valuations or deal outcomes.

Engagements are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
