Privacy notice
We collect only what is needed to reply to an enquiry and to deliver contracted work. Personal information is handled under the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia) and, for cross-border dealings, PIPEDA.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, company, the task category you select, the outcome you describe and your message. From the client portal, if you create an account: email and authentication data. We do not request financial or identity documents through this site.
Why, and how long
To answer your enquiry, to scope and deliver contracted work, and to keep the records a professional practice must keep. Enquiry data is kept while the opportunity is live and for our records afterwards; you may ask us to delete it at any time.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for marketing. Service providers used to host this site and its backend may process data outside Canada; where that is the case, the transfer is limited to what the service requires. The current hosting arrangement is stated on request.
Your rights and contact

We send commercial email only with express consent, confirmed by a second step. Every message identifies Sphuratta Project Capital Inc., gives our mailing address and carries a working unsubscribe link.
