We do not contact a client's investors on the client's behalf. We take no compensation tied to the amount of capital raised or to a deal closing. We do not raise capital through this site.
Regulated professions
Tax and legal design is delivered together with a licensed CPA and legal counsel named in the statement of work. The immigration component is delivered by an authorised representative. We do not provide audit services, legal opinions or investment recommendations.
